Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center, the centre of Ivrea, and the restaurant. It also was to the sights of the old part of Ivrea such as the old castle.

It was fairly clean and the staff were nice and accommodating, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city, just a short walk from the center and next to a useful supermarket. The staff were super friendly and gave us a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The secure parking on the premises was a great advantage and worth the extra cost.

There were some minor issues with the room, such as the air conditioning coming on during the night despite trying to turn it off and the room safe being difficult to open. it was a bit disappointing to have to pay extra for parking, although it was mentioned in the contract.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was great, fairly close to the center of this city, and it had convenient transportation options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were of high quality and cleanliness was impressive. We especially appreciated the free parking and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel had great staff, especially in the restaurant where Stephanos was knowledgeable about wine. the hotel was located in a prime spot, making it easy to get to all of the sights. The rooms were also extremely comfortable, with robes and slippers provided.

While the staff was great in the restaurant, service at the breakfast buffet was lacking. The table was often empty and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests.
